How proof is waterproof?
While many outerwear manufacturers spray on water repellency treatments that quickly wear, ZR uses only 100-percent waterproof GORE-TEX® fabrics. GORE-TEX® is a high-tech synthetic weave by W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc., that prevents any water droplets to penetrate the surface of the fabric. To avid adventurers there is no comparison to GORE-TEX®, 100-percent waterproof, durable, and breathably comfortable. And GORE stands behind its fabric, guaranteeing its performance for the reasonable life of the garment.

Help! The outerwear I ordered does not fit. May I exchange it?
You bet. ZR will gladly exchange any unworn, unaltered outerwear that has not been custom embroidered. Please contact Customer Service Department at 1-800-367-0669 for a Return Authorization Number.

Can ZR Outerwear be repaired?
Waterproof outerwear should be returned to ZR to repair it once again to a waterproof state. Patches can be sewn and sealed from the inside of the garment to repair waterproofness. The patches will be noticeable. The estimated cost of a typical repair is $30 to $40 plus shipping. Please contact ZR Customer Service at 1-800-367-0669 to request a Return Authorization Number. Once the outerwear is received and examined you will be contacted with an estimate of repair costs. Typical turnaround time for repairs is seven to 10 days.

Can ZR Outerwear be personalized with custom embroidery?
Yes. Each piece of ZR Outerwear features several locations which have been designed to accept embroidery without affecting the waterproof or windproof qualities of the garment. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-367-0669 for complete specifications and pricing.

Can ZR Outerwear be thrown in a typical household washer and dryer?
Not only can it be washed and dried, it's good for the garment. Simply machine wash your outerwear with warm water (no fabric softener) and then toss it in a warm dryer. The wash and dry will restore the water repellency of the garment. Over years of wear ZR recommends purchasing ZERO-Pel from ZR to restore water beading on the garment. ZERO-Pel is very affordable and extremely easy to use.
